The BandonCares Steering Committee has undertaken a project to document the planned mission, goals and activities of BandonCares over the next few years.  They have met twice to review goals and objectives.  Bill Russell volunteered to create a draft of the plan reflecting the work the committee has done thus far.

This page contains both a link to the draft plan and a forum that the steering committee and members of the public may use to comment on the various parts of the plan.
